The Circle

Who this is for

You've been to therapy. Maybe years of it. You can name your patterns, trace them back, explain exactly why you do the thing you do.

And somewhere along the way you noticed that understanding it hasn't been the same as living differently.

That's not a failure of the work you've done. It's what comes after it. The next part isn't more insight — it's practice, in the body, in front of people who are doing the same thing.

Find your own light, and claim it out loud.

That's what this is.

To be honest about it —

This isn't the right room if you're in crisis, or if what you need right now is individual attention on something acute. That work matters and it deserves its own space — I'd rather help you find it than have you sit in a group that can't hold it.

It's also not right if you want to observe. Eight weeks with eight people only works if everyone's actually in it.

We'll figure out together which one you are before you commit to anything.

Earth · weeks 1–2 — Ground
Coming back into the body, and into the plain facts of your life. Slow, unglamorous, and the floor everything else stands on.

Water · weeks 3–4 — Flow
What you feel, and where you stopped feeling it. What moves when it's allowed to move in company instead of alone.

Fire · weeks 5–6 — Want
What you actually desire, underneath what you've talked yourself into. Not goal-setting — recovering the ability to want something out loud, in front of people, without immediately negotiating it down.

Air · weeks 7–8 — Speak
What's true, and saying it as yourself. What you're carrying home, and how you keep the thread once the container closes.

There's a reason for the order. You can't safely want something before you can feel, and you can't feel much before you're in your body. We go in that sequence because it's the one that holds.

Ninety minutes, every week

We move first. Fifteen minutes of embodiment practice — nothing athletic, nothing you need experience for. You can't think your way into your body, so we don't try.

I name the week's territory. Briefly. This isn't a lecture and you won't be taking notes.

Then we work. Forty-five minutes, together, out loud. This is the part that asks something of you.

We close. A round, and the one practice you'll carry into your week.

Eight weeks · 90 minutes weekly · 8 seats
$520 for the full container, or two payments of $260

October 19 – December 7, Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00pm ET. Virtual.

Enrollment closes October 12. Every seat starts with a short conversation — fifteen minutes, no pressure, so we both know it's a fit before you commit.

What kind of space is The Circle?

The Circle brings together some of the spaces I love most — embodiment, reflection, meaningful connection, and the kind of growth that can only happen when we're actually in relationship with other people.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and that background naturally informs how I hold space, think about relationships, and approach things like consent, boundaries, and connection. But in The Circle, my role is as a facilitator rather than your therapist.

This isn't a space where we'll spend eight weeks sitting around analyzing ourselves or taking turns talking to me. We'll use movement, mindfulness, reflection, experiential practices, and one another to explore what happens when you practice being seen, using your voice, taking up space, expressing what you need, and staying present with what comes up.

You might be a therapist or healer yourself, someone who has spent meaningful time doing your own inner work, or simply someone with a strong sense of self-awareness who is ready to experience some of that work in community.

We'll talk about consent, privacy, boundaries, and what helps create a space where people can show up honestly while still honoring their own edges before we begin.

Is The Circle therapy?

No. The Circle is an experiential personal-development group, not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

My professional background informs the way I facilitate, but participating in The Circle does not establish a therapist-client relationship with me. This space isn't designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, provide crisis support, or replace individual therapy.

The work here is about practice — noticing yourself in relationship, staying present, experimenting with expression, using your voice, taking up space, and allowing yourself to be seen by other people in real time.

Do I need to have done therapy before?

Not formally. But this room assumes a certain amount of self-knowledge already in place — we won't be starting at the beginning together.

You should feel comfortable with self-reflection, being in a group, and taking responsibility for your own experience. We'll have a conversation before the group begins to make sure The Circle feels like the right space for you.

What if I miss a week?

Come anyway the next week. But this is a closed group, not a drop-in, and the eight weeks build on each other.

November 23 falls during Thanksgiving week — if you know you'll be traveling that Monday, tell me on our call and we'll figure out whether this cohort or January's is the better fit.

Do I have to talk?

Not on any particular day. But over eight weeks, yes — that's the whole point of doing this with witnesses rather than alone.

There will always be room to honor your own edges, but part of the invitation is practicing what it feels like to participate, be seen, and take up space with other people.

Is it recorded?

No. Sessions are never recorded.

Everyone in The Circle agrees to protect the privacy of what other people share and not carry another person's stories or identifying information outside of the group. Because this is a group space, privacy between participants can never be absolutely guaranteed — which is why our agreements around it matter.

I'm already your therapy client. Can I join?

The Circle is intentionally separate from my psychotherapy practice and is meant to breathe as its own space. If we're currently working together in another capacity — including individual therapy — let's talk about it during our first conversation. We'll consider the nature of our existing relationship and whether joining The Circle would allow both spaces to remain clear, supportive, and intentional.
