I absolutely love what I do. Helping people navigate their challenges and step into their true potential isn't just my career — it's my calling.
I hold a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have spent the past decade working in the social service field, supporting people through trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-worth struggles. My work has connected me with individuals from all walks of life — adolescents, adults, families, and couples — and what I've witnessed time and again is this: the tools and strengths you need to heal are already inside you. My job is to help you find them.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a deep passion for holistic healing. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and had the privilege of studying Astrology under Debra Silverman at her School of Applied Astrology. Those teachings changed everything — they allowed me to weave together everything I know about the human mind with a deeper understanding of the universal forces that shape our lives. The result is an approach that doesn't just address symptoms. It supports the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
Private practice drew me in because of the depth of connection it allows. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or have been on the path for years, I tailor everything to you. My style is relaxed, grounded, and real — I believe the best healing happens when you feel completely free to just be yourself.
On a personal note — I've walked my own spiritual path, and it has been transformative. It shapes every session, fuels my belief in radical self-acceptance, and is why I show up to this work the way I do. I'm here to help you build that same awareness and joy — so you can live with authenticity, freedom, and peace.

True healing happens when insight meets embodiment — when what we understand about ourselves becomes something we actually feel and live.
My approach integrates the wisdom of ancient traditions like yoga, mindfulness, and astrology with evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Not because they're trendy, but because they work together. The mind needs tools. The body needs to be heard. The spirit needs space to breathe. When all three are tended to, something shifts — deeply and lastingly.
This is a space built on radical self-compassion. On curiosity over judgment. On the belief that you are not broken — you are becoming. And I am here to walk that path with you.
